Read This...It could save your life! Let's say it's 6:15 p.m. and you're driving home (alone of course), after an unusually hard day on the job. You're really tired, upset and frustrated. Suddenly you start experiencing severe pain in your chest that starts to radiate out into your arm and up into your jaw. You are only about five miles from the hospital nearest to your home. Unfortunately you don't know if you'll be able to make it that far. What can you do? You've been trained in CPR but the guy that taught the course did not tell you how to perform it on yourself. HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN ALONE Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack, this article seemed to be in order. Without help, the person whose heart is not beating properly and who begins to feel faint, has only about 10 seconds left before losing consciousness. However, these victims can help themselves by coughing repeatedly and very vigorously. A deep breath should be taken before each cough, and the cough must be deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest. A breath and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds without let up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again. Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can get to a hospital. Tell as many other people as possible about this, it could save their lives! 03/24/02

You should be grateful for my help speaking up your mind in public, I didn't realize that you were so shy and wanted to pull out in the middle of the deal. I have been reading the email you wrote to the group recently and found out that you haven't change a bit except your appearance which I haven't seen your photo yet in the web site. According Leeann's description when I was visiting her last September, you are just the same as you were. Ann, did you know your husband is the most modest, kind and gentle person among the school fellows? Oh! Actually he has made a bit of change that he is speaking out more than in the old times.: ) I still remember whenever we have group gathering while everyone was laughing their head off with all the jokes or stories they made, Joe would hideaway himself in a quite corner with the joyful smile on his face without making a sound of words. One of the most unforgettable thing was the encouragement and support you gave me when I missed out one of the exam day in Year 9 due to my illness. You helped me to revise the work that I have trouble with to enable me passing the subject. Good to hear that Lam ty is visiting you and planning to stay there for good. I haven't spoken to him since the "Beer stuff" topic. Send my best regard to him for me, would you?
